Brian McCarty has called the Coulee Region home since moving here in 1999 after 11 years of active duty in the Air Force. During 4 years of his service as a Military Training Manager, Brian managed several building’s housing 1200 Airmen. Brian also managed 100+ rental units in La Crosse previous to BMA Property Management. Brian knows the rental business from the ground up having worked in every aspect of the daily operations. He communicates with tenants and owners at an exceptional level, creating complete transparency through the leasing and managing processes. Brian is dedicated to providing owners with superior property management services. He values the integrity of which a successful rental business strives to achieve.

Attorney Rick Staff, one of Wisconsin’s top real estate experts, and former Vice President and General Counsel for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association, is the president of Gerrard-Hoeschler Realtors. The University of Wisconsin Law School described Staff, as “the leading authority on real estate brokerage law and practice in the State of Wisconsin.” Rick recently completed serving as the Chair of the La Crosse Joint City County Housing Task Force. He supports public and private reinvestment in La Crosse’s most challenged neighborhoods. A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Staff earned his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and his law degree from Marquette University Law School. Over the last 25 years, Staff has served as an industry lobbyist, educator, expert witness, and legal counsel and has worked with brokers, government agencies, legislators, attorneys and representatives of many industries.
